By the mercy of Allah SWT, Jamie Mosque & Bangladeshi Islamic Centre was established in 1982. One of the oldest mosques to be established in St Albans, the mosque has grown from small beginnings, to now cater for a thriving and diverse Muslim community. Located in the heart of the Muslim community in St Albans on Hatfield Road, the mosque provides prayer facilities with congregational prayers 5 times a day as well as Jumuah (Friday) prayers.
